- 50ml 1965 Premium XXX Rum
- Few dashes of orange bitters
- 1 tbs sugar syrup
- Ice
- Strip of orange peel to garnish
Put half the rum, the sugar syrup and bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice cubes and stir slowly until the outside of the glass feels cold. Add the rest of the rum and a few more ice cubes, then stir gently. Garnish with the strip of orange peel and enjoy.

- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

- 5ml sugar syrup (optional)

- 50ml white rum
- 1 passion fruit
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 50ml sugar syrup
- 2 tsp grenadine
- Cocktail cherries & an orange slice to garnish
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Scoop the flesh and seeds from the passion fruit and add to the shaker along with the orange and lemon juices, sugar syrup and grenadine.
